Avanta Translating Contributed to Drug Traffic Control

A three-day international workshop devoted to the issues of drug traffic suppression started on August 29. Avanta's specialists provided the interpretation support (simultaneous and consecutive interpretation) of this event.

The workshop aimed at sharing the experience of Russian and US law enforcement agencies in suppressing drug traffic at the borders of both countries. US law enforcement agencies were represented by Marc Adams (Officer of US Customs Service), Robert Olson (representative of US Customs and Border Protection), Nikolay Lashkevich (representative of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and by many other officers.

At the end of the workshop Mr. Nikolay Lashkevich thanked Avanta's interpreters for a well-coordinated and highly skilled work.
